After today’s other results in the Championship it was vital that Leeds United got some sort of result in their game against Newcastle. They did just that – grabbing a late equaliser thanks to Chris Wood’s 25th goal of the season.
One former Leeds player Tweeted after the game and has riled in plenty of replies from both Leeds United and Huddersfield Town fans.
Luke Garbutt was a product of Leeds’ youth system before moving on to Everton in 2009. Garbutt never played a senior game for the Whites before moving to Goodison and you could say, given the lack of football he’s played, moving when he did was the wrong decision.
The 23-year-old has had his say on Leeds’ point away at St James’ Park.
Big point that for Leeds ??

Garbutt received a very quick response from one Huddersfield Town fan, who mentioned about his sides late winner against Preston earlier this afternoon.
@luke_garbutt And Town ?

Garbutt soon replied, and his response was hilarious.

As you would expect, this was met with plenty of replies from both Leeds and Huddersfield fans. It’s fair to say Town fans didn’t rate the response too highly, here are a select few responses from fans of both sides.
